Kitty's (Score Card)
1. You focused more on what you wanted than on
what you didn't. (Nailed It, my business
is coming along much better, more projects are developing and I’m ready to
publish another book with a couple more I’m finishing up. I’ve grown so much more by following this
principle it has taught me so much, AWESOME!)
2. You took risks, even in the face of fear.
Despite the outcome, you know you did what was right for you. (When after the past couple years of doing my
“Fortitude Therapy” (with myself as the guinea pig) this was rather easy! As Joseph Campbell put it, “when falling,
become a diver.” I DOVE right on
it. There were some things which put me
on edge, especially after the whole ordeal in Iowa after leaving Carol, but it’s
COMPLETELY, INEXPLICABLY and TOTALLY AWESOME!
I focused more on “responding” = logic, instead of “reacting” = emotion
to situations. My stress was much lower
this year and there were a few outcomes which weren’t the greatest but it doesn’t
really matter, I walked a 1,000 miles and the journey was SPECTACULAR!)
3. You fell short of certain goals, but you're
okay with that, because you love who you’ve become in the process of trying. (Yes, there were a few things that didn’t pan
out as I had planned or foreseen, but I LOVE the person I grew into because of
these situations and I wouldn’t give them up for the world!)
4. You're capable of celebrating how far you’ve
come. (I’m celebrating right NOW, I
learned more and more how to get in the “Power of NOW”, this is where it’s at
people, this is your power, find it, realize it, get it, run with it! I learned a bunch of “little celebrations”
are much better than one “BIG” banter celebration, little things fills us with
LOVE more than the BIG STUFF, focus more on the small stuff that bring/fill you
with joy!)
5. You haven't worried about things you can’t
change. You trust that you're right where you need to be to get where you want
to go. (I learned this a while back,
especially on the “exterior”! I’m
following my instincts/intuition more and trusting myself that I’m right where
I need to be, to get where I want to go!)
6. You take yourself less seriously than you used
to. You can laugh at yourself and find humor in most situations. (Yes, I really let the clown out, smiled
more, laughed more and pointed the finger at myself for a good laugh. If you CAN’T DO THAT people and be your own “worst
critic” you’re in trouble if you desire to self-actualize, you have to be able
to point that finger at yourself. I
found humor and great relief of stress, frustration and anxiety. Laugh more people, smile more and love more!)
7. You have forgiven your past and let go of
unnecessary anger. (Nailed it, hasn’t
always been easy but I find the more I let go of this, the Bigger, Better and
Brighter I become.)
8. You smile more — even when you're alone. (Like number “6”, been there, did that, done
that, smiling is good and I want more smiles!)
9. You enjoy spending time with yourself. You’re
working on becoming your own best friend.
(When I’ve been a bit of a recluse pretty much all my life so I sort of “Mastered”
this some time ago, but recently my life has been a bit crowded so I have
resorted to spending more time alone to focus on me and my work.)
10. You can appreciate the moment. You're more
patient than you use to be. (Yes, well I
grew in my patience when it came to dealing with anything from my experiences
in Lost Angeles. But yes, the power of
NOW has become an awesome tool in my life.)
11. You’ve relinquished your need to know the
answers or outcome. Instead, you enjoy the adventure of the journey. (“Enlightenment is NOT the destination, but
the journey!” Yes, say I Nailed It!)
12. You focus more on reasons for doing things instead
of the results you see. (Yes, the “reasons”
for everything I do is the essence of what I’m ALL about, results are less
pertinent in the equation as the results come with time and that’s something
you have to leave in the hands of the Universe!)
13. You know your dreams matter and the world
needs what you have. (WOW Shanon, you
really “read my mind” while writing this.
My “vision” of the future is my dream and the world NOT only needs but
wants more of what I have to offer, there’s a season and a cycle for
everything, so everything is on track, forcing stuff into a “time table” is
futile, let it roll it ALL comes in due time!)
14. You’ve opened your heart by showing more of
your true self to those you love.
(Nailed It! I opened and let more
of my own vulnerabilities come to the surface and let go of those old nasty
habits/behaviors. Self Will has been a
BIG struggle but I have more of a handle on it as I let go of more of this
stuff and stop worrying about what other people think, good or bad.)
15. You no longer define yourself by your
achievements or outside influences; you know you matter and are enough as you are. (WOW, completely AWESOME, Yes, I am sooooo
there!)
16. You’ve stopped comparing yourself to others
(or have at least made progress) because you like who you are much more. (LOL Showing others the way is still a
struggle and there are times I just DON’T want to do this stuff anymore, but I
always pick myself up because of the results, the total “AWESOMENESS” I am seeing
with those who I work with, it’s progress NOT perfection!)
17. You don’t overreact as much as you used to.
Instead, you focus more on the big picture.
(That’s what I keep telling people, focus more on the BIGGER PICTURE
instead of reacting to the results.)
18. You believe in your future self and are proud
of the direction you are heading in.
(Seeing how far I’ve come since the year began and where it’s all
heading, the future looks QUITE AWESOME!)
19. You’ve released your expectations, and
instead you trust (or are trying to trust) divine timing in all areas of your
life. (Universe is filling me up with its
MOST AWESOME blessings and it’s ALL falling into place according to Universes
schedule.)
20. You no longer force anything. When it’s
right, you know. (Well I learned long
ago that “force” just doesn’t work, just let it flow and fall into place, it’ll
all work out in its own AWESOME kind of synchronistic kind of way.)
I'd LOVE to see some of My Friends post there own (Score Cards) and see how everyone else did?
